The user ID and password you submit as part of your registration process is for your administration account. This Administrator is the only person that can add or delete users, or make alterations to your customer profile including "Ship-to" addresses. Please remind your users that keeping your account secure is everyone’s responsibility. DO NOT share this information with anyone outside your company. Doing so may compromise your account’s security. Terms and Conditions Orders can be accepted only under the following terms and conditions: Prices, Quantities, Styles, Colors Prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise will be shipped at prices in effect at time of shipping. Alstyle Apparel reserves the right to change or discontinue styles, colors, sizes, or fabrics. Style and color availability may vary from location to location. Inventory will fluctuate on seasonal items. Minimum Order $100.00 minimum order or $10.00 service fee is applied. Dozens of size XL that exceed the total dozens of small through large of total order will be billed an additional $2.00 per dozen. Order Placing And Shipping Most in-stock credit-approved orders for standard delivery placed before 3:00 pm will be shipped same day. Credit approval delays may prevent same-day shipment. All additions to any order already placed will be considered a “new order” and written as a new purchase order. Partial shipments may be made. Alstyle Apparel will not be responsible for non-delivery, loss, or damage during shipment. All merchandise is shipped FOB origin. Alstyle Apparel will ship merchandise specified by the customer. All freight claims for missing or damaged merchandise must be filed directly with carrier except for UPS and Fed Ex shipments. Customer pick-up service is available from 9:00 am until 4:30 pm Monday through Friday Orders not picked up within 3 days of order will be restocked with a 15% restocking fee. Payment Terms We accept VISA, Master Card, or American Express. All orders are shipped PREPAID unless previously approved for credit terms through one of our factors. Standard approved terms are 30 days F.O.B. origin to those customers who meet the credit requirements of our factors. No anticipation is allowed. Processing of credit applications can take approximately 1-2 weeks. No COD orders. Return Policy Printed merchandise is non-returnable. Only goods that have not been altered, dyed, or processed in any way can be considered for return. All claims must be made within 5 working days from receipt of goods. A proper return authorization from Alstyle Apparel is required before any returned goods will be accepted. All return requests must reference invoice number prior to approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges on all returned or refused orders including pick-up orders. Cancellation Policy All cancellations are subject to Alstyle Apparel approval. Orders not picked up within 5 days of order will be restocked with a 15% restocking fee.
